Packaging Equipment

We are called upon to provide a wide variety of special packaging equipment, especially for food grade products. A form, fill, and seal machine is illustrated above which takes flat rolls of polyethylene or poly vinyl alcohol film shapes them into the correct bag size, deposits the correct amount of our commodity, and effectively seals the bag up. The units range from very simple electronic controls, for easy of operation and maintenance to high speed automated units that meet each buyer’s and production requirements. Commodities can be measured efficiently by volume or weight. The most economical choice for small lot packaging is the 0.25 - 11.25 kg that can produce to 12 bags per minute which can then be closed with a simple heat sealer.
