VX Series Pre-Cleaners

This air-screen cleaner, is our most economical model for lower capacity applications, when pre-cleaning waste material from seed or grain. This model is designed for effective removal of light, large, and small waste. Each model is equipped with two screens that allow the top screen always serves as a pre-scalper (large waste), and the bottom screen functions as a sifter (small waste). Each screen is interchangeable at 292 mm (54”) wide or 1067 mm (42”) and a screen length of 292 mm (54”). A final aspiration column is standard for separation for light density waste material. All outlets are self-cleaning. Standard equipment includes a mechanically variable eccentric drive.

Available options include interchangeable screens, electronically variable speed eccentric drive, electronically variable speed feed, vibratory feeder, feed agitator, type “C” trashy material feed hopper, active counter-balance, dust collection system, and high static fans. Note: Capacity* is based on cleaning wheat with up to 15% moisture content and 10% foreign material and can vary will vary with different crops and conditions.

DAKOTA Series General Purpose Air-Screen Cleaners

This air-screen cleaner, is designed for high capacity pre-cleaning and market cleaning of grain or seed for medium to large capacities. This model is designed for effective removal of light, large, and small waste. The range of models begins with two screens that allow the top screen always serves as a scalper (large waste) and the bottom screen functions as a sifter (small waste). Other models in the Dakota series include up to eight (8) layers. Each screen is interchangeable at 292 mm (54”) wide and 2235 mm (88”) length and number of layers will depend on the work to be done. A pre-aspiration (except on the D-288) and final aspiration column are standard that deliver a precise separation for light density waste material. Standard equipment includes an mechanically variable eccentric drive. All outlets are self-cleaning.
